My First time going to Europe

In September in last year, I came to the Netherlands. I was very – very happy because I could go to the country, but I was sad too because I had to leave my friends in Surabaya.

It was a 14-hour flight from Soekarno-Hatta Airport to Schiphol Airport Amsterdam.

At Schiphol we were welcomed by the Commander of our Navy’s Corvette Taskforce in Vlissingen, Pakde Agus Suhartono, Ridwan’s father and Ifan’s father.

Ifan’s father brought us from the airport to Vlissingen. We had a long journey to Vlissingen. It was almost 3 or 2 hours.

Since that time we have been staying in Vlissingen. At first we had to stay in an apartment. We stayed there for few months.

How about the school? Nah, I will be telling you about my school. My first school in the Netherlands was the Ravensteyn. I did not know what the meaning of Ravensteyn is. It was a nice school for me because that’s my first school in this country. I had many friends in there. They were from Morocco, Turkey, Chile, Bosnia and Herzegovina, United Kingdom, et cetera. They were really kind and nice. Then I moved to the Indonesian Embassy School in Wassenaar where I am studying now. its so fucking nice maan! haha
